• After carrying out various optimization techniques and necessary changes, the website is submitted to various search engines.
• Constant monitoring will be done in order to make sure that your website climbs substantial places in search engine rankings.
• To see the results of optimization you will be given access to monitor visitor tracking for your site.
• Reports will be given to you of your website’s performance, in the search engine listings, as per your requirements or in fixed time intervals.
• Further payments are to be made only after your website gets listed within first 20 positions in the major search engine result pages.
• Our duty just doesn’t end if the required ranking is achieved (within 20).Instead we make sure that your website’s ranking is pushed still higher until our term has expired.
• To make necessary changes to your website, we should be authorized to access your web server.
• Our service term is for 6 months (valid 6 months), ie, six months of guaranteed ranking levels based on keywords, regardless of how long it takes.
• As per the agreement, the first month is taken into account, when the optimization work is given green light.
• The following months are calculated from the date, the required ranking is achieved, and 5 such months makes up the agreement.
• If for any month the ranking level drops below the requirement, it will not taken into account, ie not included in the 5 months period. The calculation resumes from the date when the required position is again achieved.
• Even if the ranking level is achieved within a month, the second month’s invoicing will not occur before first 30 days.
• This agreement for service can be terminated only
1) By written mutual consent between us.
2) If 8 consecutive months pass by without having achieved the guaranteed ranking levels(within first 20^th position).
